Beth Williams

An early retirement from professional sport meant Beth quickly decided to turn her passion for competing into helping other people find their fit, expanding on health and wellness as a whole, into what it really takes, and means to be healthy. With over 5 years’ experience, Beth started off her fitness career working with some of the most elite athletes and some of London's most astounding fitness professionals. Always eager to learn and improve her knowledge in the industry, she transitioned from a typical gym environment to more specialist studios, learning and improving her knowledge extensively along the way.
 Working and living in London meant that she understood the impact of the hustle and bustle of city life, meaning each workout had to be properly programmed, to encourage efficiency throughout each workout and more specifically, the client’s journey.  
Her background involving swimming and athletics has allowed Beth to highly recognise the importance of mobility and stability within the human body combining with the perfect balance, she promises to make every workout as fun and enjoyable as possible whilst focusing on keeping you fit and healthy.
