Adam started his journey in the fitness industry back in 2002 working for Virgin Active in various roles before helping set up a private gym that was successfully sold in 2014. Adam has been with the Cre8 family since 2014.  This passion for Health and Fitness has taken Adam all around the world, learning from the best coaches and business mentors the field has to offer.
