Cre8 Fitness’s philosophy has evolved as Phil and Simon’s knowledge and experience have grown.  With almost 30 years of combined experience, they have trained with and been students of, some of the most well-known figures in the health, strength and fitness industry. 

The foundation of their methodology is that body composition and peak physical fitness can only be achieved with a healthy body and a healthy mind. Optimal functioning - through good nutrition and lifestyle habits - really is the foundation of your fitness journey. 

Unlike some of the bigger commercial gyms across London, our elite trainers are hand-picked by Phil and Simon and represent some of the biggest and brightest stars in the industry.
