Cre8 Healthis a six-week program consisting of two weekly small group personal training sessions held at the Cre8 Fitness gym.  As well as learning how to exercise effectively, the program includes weekly health challenges and educational material designed to give the employee the knowledge and tools to independently enhance their overall well-being and performance in the workplace.

 

This was crafted from an identified need to improve education and culture within an organization around the importance of having a proactive approach to your health and well-being on a daily basis. Prioritizing an employee’s physical and mental health is an investment for the future.
