With a strong background in High Intensity Functional Training, Gymnastic Strength Training, Pilates, Power Lifting and Yoga he is committed to helping people lose weight, build muscle and to improve their overall energy, stress and productivity levels.
Having worked in a corporate environment as a Chartered Accountant, Kevin understands the pain and challenges associated with trying to maintain health and fitness whilst working in a fast paced, client-focused environment. Through years of studying the human body and its systems, learning from some of Australia’s top health professionals about how to most efficiently and effectively improve his health and fitness, Kevin was able to thrive in other areas of his life.
