What is Semi-Private Personal Training?

Semi Private Personal Training is personal training in small groups (max 6-8 participants). This allows you to access our expertise at a fraction of the cost. We find these small groups a fantastic environment allowing you to achieve the best results possible.

Why do semi private personal training?
