Cre8 Fitness is excited to announce our group training sessions.  We can now offer our expertise for a fraction of the cost whilst bringing you together with like-minded goal driven individuals.  Our Group training is aimed at anyone looking for fat loss, improved strength and vitality.  Sessions will be open to a maximum of 8 people per class to ensure the quality of our coaching isn’t compromised.  All abilities are welcome from, complete novices to experienced gym goers – our programme can be adapted for all levels of strength and fitness. Sessions will need to be booked in advance and will be allocated on a strictly first come, first serve basis, so don’t miss out on this great opportunity
